UTGB provides work opportunities.

🌱 Earlier this year, we were proud to provide 3 individuals with a 6-week fully paid employment opportunity, thanks to funding from CPCA Skills and Employment and the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority.

One amazing individual joined our Up The Garden Bath team, learning how to upcycle bathtubs into beautiful garden planters, getting hands-on with replanting activities and helping to install new planters into schools and community spaces. 🌿🛁

The other two became a key part of our UNITY store in Queensgate Peterborough, developing valuable retail and customer service skills and playing an integral role in our vibrant, community-focused hub. 🛍️💬

This initiative is a brilliant example of how investing in people creates real, lasting impact – building skills, confidence and stronger communities. 💪💚
