Tickets are only £1 each and can be purchased via bank transfer or in person via cash payment.

Rules of Entry

Entrants must be 16 years or over.

Tickets are £1 each.

You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£100) per draw.

The winning individual can choose to retain the prize or choose to donate it to a good cause of their choice.

Entry is open to everyone within the UK.

The selected location of installation must be within a 20 mile radius of Peterborough. (You can purchase tickets if you live outside of this area however you must choose a location within the radius that is suitable for installation).

Payment for tickets must be in advance of the draw date and be made by bank transfer or by cash payment to one of our recognised representatives. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.

Upon purchase of a ticket/s you will be emailed a copy of your unique draw numbers.

This competition will run from 10th June 2020 until 23.59pm on 19th July 2020.

An independent draw will take place on 20th July 2020.

The winning draw will be held by an independent individual who has no commercial links to Up the Garden Bath.

The draw will be held live to uphold fairness and transparency at all times.

Thank you for supporting Up The Garden Bath. These terms and conditions refer to online and cash entry to our raffle.

The cost of each ticket entry into the Up The Garden Bath raffle is £1. You may purchase more than one ticket but the maximum number of tickets is one hundred (£100) per draw. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.

No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. The Promoter reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.

If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 he/she will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit his/her prize and the stake will be returned.

The Up the Garden Bath Raffle is open to all UK residents over the age of 16, except employees of Up the Garden Bath who are directly involved with the raffle, their agencies and other companies directly involved in the running of the raffle. This means that entries will not be accepted from the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and BFPOs.

To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain (only) and 16 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland. Postal payment for raffle tickets is still permitted by credit card. However, some credit card providers may charge a cash advance fee for doing so. Check with your provider.

Online or telephone payments for lottery and raffle tickets by credit card are not permitted. Payments using this method will be rejected. Lottery and raffle payments by debit card are accepted. For more information please visit www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

Monies raised by this raffle will support the activities of the direct services of Up The Garden Bath, registered CIC company number 12460235.

Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.

The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Please keep the ticket or email of allocated number as proof of purchase.

Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following The Promoter's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Promoter may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.

All winners are required to cooperate with The Promoter’s right to publish their win as and where deemed appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested.

In the event of an error, however caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, The Promoter reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where The Promoter deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.

Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.

All customer funds to be used in future entries paid to the Up the Garden Bath raffle are held in a dedicated account to maintain a separation from Up The Garden Bath own trading income. However, this will not protect customer payments in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirement for the segregation of customer payments at the level of basic protection.

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Up The Garden Bath raffle is final. Up The Garden Bath operates a complaints and disputes procedure which is available on our customer charter and by post on request or upon you making a complaint to us on 01733 900903. All complaints and disputes will be handled in accordance with the procedure. If your complaint relates to the outcome of your gambling transaction and cannot be dealt with by Up the Garden Bath complaints procedure to your satisfaction, you have the right, free of charge, to have the matter referred to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service an independent organisation offering alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) services. Referral of the dispute to an ADR entity will not restrict your right to bring proceedings in respect of the dispute in a court of competent jurisdiction.
